WHAT IS A KNEEBAK® PILLOW USED FOR?

The Kneebak® Pillows are a solution for pain while seated for long periods, in your car, office chair, at home, or while travelling.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

The use of the Kneebak® Pillow aids in realigning not only the neck and back areas, but also the pelvic/hip joint area. Yes, the Kneebak® Pillow allows you to DIY…by placing the ANGLED SIDE to your back and the K LOGO to the seat back, then pushing up against the angle, you will feel a stretch of the spinal cord, which provides a gentle massage. Moving it up and down your spine will expand your back and relieve built-up compression.

HOW CAN I USE THE KNEEBAK® PILLOW TO EXERCISE WHILE SITTING?

By placing the SMALL, MEDIUM or LARGE Kneebak® Pillow under the knee, with the angled side up and the K LOGO side down (arms toward your back) on the seat, thereby lifting your leg UP and stretching the low back muscles, you have positioned yourself with one leg higher than the other. Now, gently press and release, to exercise your hip joint area. By moving your leg up and down, you are creating blood flow and doing isometric exercise.

HOW CAN I USE THE EXTRA LARGE KNEEBAK® PILLOW TO EXERCISE?

When using an EXTRA LARGE Kneebak® Pillow to lift BOTH legs, alternating pressure and release, on one leg then the other, (bicycle effect) you are shifting the pelvic hip joint area and releasing compression. Using the EXTRA LARGE Kneebak® at work in your office chair, on the edge of your bed to stretch before getting out of bed, will release tightness and compression that has accumulated in the low back. This movement is considered exercise and increases blood flow.

IS IT SAFE TO USE THE KNEEBAK® PILLOW WHILE DRIVING?

Yes. The Kneebak® Pillow can be easily moved to different part of the body while driving. It is lightweight and once you understand how to place it for the maximum effect, by flipping and turning it, you will find it so easy to use while on long or short drives.
