The smaller or flatter sizes will be more comfortable and easier to move around to different positions.

Under 5'-7": Select: SM/MED/PREMO/KUSH

Over 5'-8": Select: MED/LG/XL/KUSH

To raise both legs: Select: XL, (not recommended while driving)
