What is the Kneebak Pillow made of? 2021-05-23T13:46:20+00:00

The Kneebak Pillow is made from polyurethane foam #6 density,  so it is firm yet compresses when leaned into, so it supports you rather than being too soft.

How does it work to support my upper back and neck?2021-05-23T13:47:47+00:00

The Kneebak Pillow neck cut out holds your neck comfortably when placed behind your head at the top of your car seat in the space between the seat and headrest.   By leaning into it, your neck is gently supported and re-aligned into its natural curve which is a backwards “C”.  As you lean forward and let the Kneebak drop behind your upper back, leaning into it gives you a soothing massage that releases compression.

Can I travel with the Kneebak Pillow?2021-05-23T13:49:40+00:00

Yes, absolutely!  It is perfect for traveling in an airplane when you sit in the middle seat.  It can be placed under your knees to lift your leg and stretch your low back muscles.  It can be placed behind your neck and when you nap it will keep your head from falling forward.  It is great in a car or traveling in an RV, when the seats are back it is perfect to hold your head at just the right angle.

How do I take it with me when I travel?2021-05-23T13:52:17+00:00

The Kneebak Pillow has a snap buckle handle that makes it easy to snap on your backpack, briefcase or carry-on.  Never leave without it!

How do I know what size will be right for me?2021-05-23T13:55:05+00:00

The Kneebak Pillow is available in 3 similar shapes that come in small, medium or large.  Each one is slightly thicker and wider making it scalable to your specific pain needs.  Placing the small behind your neck and the medium or large under your knee will provide a 2-point or 3-point therapy system that brings you the maximum comfort while in a seated position. Moving them around to fit your needs makes the Kneebak Pillow the best support pillow to alleviate your pain.

Is there a Kneebak Pillow that can be used in bed?2021-05-23T13:57:58+00:00

Yes, the medium or small Kneebak can be used in bed, especially to stretch out the sleepy cramped feeling in your neck when you wake up.  By placing the Pillow on its “back” with the arms facing up, you can lie down with your neck in the curved cutout and let your head hang over to stretch out the “crick” in your neck. This helps you start the day feeling refreshed!

What is the best size of pillow to use in my office chair or recliner?2021-05-23T14:00:10+00:00

The Extra Large Kneebak Pillow measures 18″ wide and has a wedge-shape design as well.  Placing it behind your knees to lift both legs will immediately stretch your low back muscles.  By flexing your legs one at a time, up and down, you not only stretch your back muscles but also allow for isometric movement that increases blood flow to your legs.

If using the Extra Large Kneebak in your recliner, be sure to place the closure side towards your back to support your low back and fill the gap at the base of the chair.  This is an area where most chairs fail in supporting the low back.

I sit in an ergonomic chair at home and at work, why would I need a Kneebak Pillow?2021-05-23T14:23:34+00:00

Ergonomic chairs can be raised and lowered, tilted back and forward, the arms can be adjusted to fit your height and allow for a comfortable position while working at your desk. However, whenever you are experiencing lumbar stress or upper back and neck fatigue after a few hours of working, the Kneebak Pillow is a great accessory to have to decompress your upper shoulders or to support your low back. The chair cannot provide a method for giving yourself a back massage or address a tired neck.

What holds the Kneebak Pillow in place? Is there Velcro to stick it on my seat?2021-05-23T14:28:23+00:00

No, your own weight and pressure as you lean into the seat back, suspends the Kneebak to decompress your spine. It can easily be moved up or down your back or placed under your knee to help realign your low back and provide a way to decompress. Pushing harder against it will stretch your spine around it and hold it in place.
